Radio Static °

Radio static is noise made up of all that has been put into a radio soundwave. Hosted by Dipsy and Dj Chiquitita – Radio Static works to invite and (re)broadcast voices/sounds of radio throughout the generations and sites of community broadcasting – through political education, music, archival recordings and through participation and enactment of radio as a tradition. The first segment of the show explores radio of the 1990s Chicana/o movement by students in California. Tune in and become part of the static!
